On February 3rd, 2008, FolkScene quietly entered its 38th year of broadcasting live with the very best in Folk music recordings. Roz humbly responded when asked about howd this all begin;
oh dont ask" she said, "do you have a couple days to sit and chat. Can you believe this turkey is still running for so long?" Well Roz, yes we can!!
What began with two highly motivated young spirits who instantly developed an affinity for Folk music and its community of talented artists, evolved into a life's passion that continues today.

Howard eloquently broadcasted to us for 37 plus years. Last year Howard passed away and though he is with us in every broadcast, through our recordings and all of our future broadcasts, we will miss him dearly.
We are forever thankful for everyone's well wishes and loving support extended toward us Larmans and FolkScene. Now with Roz at the helm, we're onto another fabulous season of FolkScene!

at 98.7 FM, and many more Internet and earthbound radio stations. The program is now hosted and produced by Roz Larman with Howard's Loving Blessings, his spirit and presence
with us in each broadcast, and engineered by Peter Cutler, DemoDoc Productions.
